Our Story
How Dentism Came to Be
Dentism was built on a simple frustration with traditional dentistry: too many clinics separate diagnosis from treatment, refer patients elsewhere for imaging, and rotate them through whichever dentist is available that day. We wanted JLT and the wider Dubai Marina, JBR, and DMCC community to have something different, a single clinic where a patient’s full dental history, from a child’s first check up to complex implant work, is handled by the same specialist team, supported by in-house diagnostic technology rather than outsourced referrals.
That’s why our founding team, with backgrounds at Zulekha Hospital and Saudi German Hospital, chose to bring hospital level specialization into a neighborhood clinic setting: senior surgical and endodontic expertise, without the wait times or impersonal pace of a large hospital system.

Dr. Annie Don Varghese
Specialist Orthodontist With 15+ years treating both adult and pediatric orthodontic cases, Dr. Annie manages everything from early interceptive care in children to Invisalign and clear aligner treatment in adults, working closely with families through multi year treatment journeys.
Dr. Don Varghese
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Dr. Don holds a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). His clinical focus is implant surgery, bone grafting and guided bone regeneration, sinus lifts, and complex extractions, all approached through minimally invasive protocols built around long term recovery, not just the procedure itself. "Advanced surgical precision focused entirely on your ultimate comfort and long term recovery."
Dr. Rumana Aliabbas
Lead Dental Surgeon A Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, Dr. Rumana has practiced in the UAE since 2014, with nine years as Senior Dental Surgeon at Zulekha Hospital and three years as a Specialist Dental Surgeon at Saudi German Hospital before joining Dentism as Lead Surgeon. Her focus spans singlesitting microscopic root canal therapy, full smile rehabilitations, and complex restorative cases, work she describes simply: "Precision in dentistry is my standard. Compassion in care is my promise."

What to Expect When You Visit
Step past reception and Dentism is designed to feel less like a waiting room and more like a considered space: a calm lounge area, private consultation rooms, and dedicated recovery suites for patients coming out of surgical or restorative procedures.
Every treatment room is equipped for in-house diagnostics, meaning imaging, planning, and treatment can often happen in the same visit, without sending patients elsewhere for scans. For families, that also means a child’s first dental visit and a parent’s implant consultation can happen back to back, in one location.
We’re open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM, positioned for patients working in or around JLT, Dubai Marina, JBR, and DMCC to fit a visit around a workday rather than requiring a day off.
Our Standards & Accreditation
Held to Dubai's Healthcare Standard
Dentism is a fully licensed dental facility registered with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). In practice, that means every treatment protocol, clinical record, and piece of equipment in our clinic is subject to DHA regulatory oversight, the same standard applied to hospitals across the Emirate, not a lighter standard for smaller practices.
Our clinical team’s combined background, including senior and specialist roles at Zulekha Hospital and Saudi German Hospital, means that hospital grade training and protocols carry directly into everyday treatments here, from routine fillings to full arch implant rehabilitation.
